RESERVATION PAYMENT AND TERMS

When making a reservation, the full amount of the night's stay is paid. If the person cancels 30 days before arrival, the money is returned in full. If a person cancels 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total overnight stay will be refunded. If the person cancels 7 days before arrival, there is no refund.

DEPOSIT

A deposit in the amount of €200.00 is paid at the time of booking as insurance for the owner if something is damaged. If the apartment is not damaged, then the money is fully returned to the payer's account.
